Best Ever Smooth Jazz Station, I listened to it all day long before it went off the air! I would pay a premium to be able to listen to this station.

I have been listening to Dinner Jazz Excursion here in the UK for the past couple of years.With its excellent content and superb audio quality nothing beats it for all round non vocal JAZZ. But the last two days it has been off air for all audio except for peripheral visual adverts. Does this mean a staion update if so why not a banner on its front dispaly page. Has anyone any information please. Brian Wright.UK

It fills my home with ethereal but real music all day, without any "station breaks." There is no comparable Internet station by far!

I have been listening to this Dinner Jazz Excursion now for over a year but at the moment there is no stream. I have extolled the brilliance of the technical sound quality as being one of the best 128kb stream available. In the UK here the audio quality exceeds our national BBC DAB terrestrial broadcasts which are compressed in comparison to DJE. The content is wonderful including the very best artists and the live performances recorded at a local hall without an audience. I know John has moved to the TV side at the studio engineering but the excellence continues with this jazz station. Please get up and running soon ,here in the UK. Brian Wright Retired BBC engineer.
