We are curious to know why the 10 AM church service that you broadcast is allowed to go on well past 11 when CI Union Baptist church starts. They (Union Baptist) are shut off at noon on the dot.

Franco,Shore Made Music and the other lame programs really bring the name Eastern Bore Of Va to life on the radio..Swap Shop is a joke along with the announcer

Is Johnny Downing the best you can do to call a football game? His constant "first and GOLD" call is annoying and he just YAWNED while calling a game!! I try and try to listen, but end up turning off the radio because I just can't stand to listen to his ridiculousness!!

Gratitude

The Franko Variety Show is TERRIBLE. He can barley speak english and is impossible to understand. What little you can make out is so absurd and unsubstantiated. He is so far right a TP member looks liberal. It should be embarrassing for a radio station to have such a buffoon have a show. There is no veja mais ... caveat saying the views reflected in the show are not WESR's. The show perpetuates absurdities like President Obama was born in Kenya, is not a USA citizen, among others that are proven 100% to be wrong and lies. WESR should lose their FCC license!

WESR is a top-notch local community radio station. No matter your favorite programming, you can hear some of it here and you will ALWAYS get pertinent community news and emergency information. The Russell family can be proud of its long-standing service to the Eastern Shore of Virginia. - JF

I listened for an hour to this station.....pitiful.Music dumps to spot sets with no outros,wooden announcers.They probably have no competition and don't care about quality.
