I used to listen to KRZN from 8 am til 8pm on my kitchen radio..now that they do jazz and broadway tunes, and if one of those comes on we just pop in an oldies and rarely turn on the radio again that day. Hate the new format!

I used to listen to KEZW all the time. I'm only 17 but per my family I was introduced to KEZW and loved it. I would listen to Radio deluxe and The Frank Sinatra shows nearly every week but that is no more. It was one of a kind. Hopefully we will see Studio 1430 come back!

Denver has lost a great radio station. KEZW was the only unique station amongst all the noise. I listened almost every day, all day for 25 years. I have many fond memories tied to the old music format. The format has moved to 950. For the time being, I will listen to that until they change it. We are definitely mourning the loss of great music. Sorry Rick, I can't do oldies.

Denver has lost a great radio station. KEZW was the only unique station amongst all the noise. I listened almost every day, all day for 25 years. I have many fond memories tied to the old music format. The format has moved to 950. For the time being, I will listen to that until they change it. My Mom came to visit us in Denver for the first time in 1991 and found KEZW (AM1430) on the radio. I am a baby boomer and love the oldies but I grew to truly love the music on this station. This was the first time I had ever listened to Big Band and thought it was great. In fact, the OLD AM 1430 was my favorite radio station. I truly enjoyed Rick Crandall and his support for veterans. The concerts in the park in the summer were a real favorite. Please bring this back, even if it has to be on a different radio channel.

Wow, what a poor change of my music! The old "easy listening format" of the great and memorable tunes of the past are now only a memory. Of course I did have growing concerns when Rick Crandall began to make Studio 1430 and part-time talk station. Don't get me totally wrong, I did like Rick and the "traffic report guy" (name?) - they were great!! But much of the other stuff was taking away from my deeply enjoyed and loved

We have listened to KEZW for years and have truly enjoyed the format. What wonderful music they used to play. Many, many good memories of KEZW as it was. We will listen no more so, Goodbye and Thanks For The Memories.

Good news folks !!! Since 1430 went down the drain, there is great music on 950 AM. It's BETTER than 1430 was. Tune in and enjoy it. My wife and I have listened to 1430 for over 40 years but no more. That stuff they play now is not music, it's NOISE !!! Stan

Listened to both 950 and 1430 before the change but mostly to 1430. I am really hoping the music previously on 1430 continues as it is now on 950 (despite the constant admonitions to change my radio to 1430)! However I am doubtful this is will continue very much longer which is very unfortunate. Both 1430 and 950 had a loyal following and I feel there will soon be nowhere to listen to the mostly classic big band era music previously played on 1430 (and not being played on 950). Somewhere I heard 950 will be going to a 24 hour sports talk radio format. and that's the last thing we need. We don't need another sports talk radio station in Denver!
