We will be celebrating the service of the Mahoning Valley Law Enforcement Chief of Police. Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God. -Matthew 5:9
The Frances Kerspack Award will be presented to The Mahoning Habitat for Humanity Organization & Executive Director - Monica Craven, for their service to the community, when we build together, Habitat creates connections that can change the paths of everyone involved.
This year, we are challenging each congregation/organization to support ACTION’s social justice efforts by being an event sponsor or soliciting one.
We are requesting each member organization to commit to raising at least $1,000 in tickets, ads and sponsorships. Some congregations may opt to solicit donations by asking their members to become Friends of ACTION.
The funds raised help to underwrite ACTION’s key initiatives which seek to enhance the quality of life within the Mahoning Valley. ACTION‘s major focus is Education, Crime and Safety, Youth, abandoned Homes, economic issues.
ACTION requires these funds to continue the sustained community impact.
If you need assistance regarding the event’s sponsorship, advertisements or dinner reservations, please call the ACTION Office, the staff is prepared to respond as needed. Your continued support and assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.
