Whatever you do, don't sign up to DirectTV. They are, by far, the worst television service in existence. Go to the better business bureau and look at all of the complaints and low ratings from customers. If you absolutely have to get Uverse (expensive but steady rates) or Dish Network (best customer service).
What I suggest is you do none of the above. They're all overpriced and have lengthy contracts.
Go to https://www.antennasdirect.com/ and talk online to a customer service representative about which antenna is right for your particular location. All of their products are highly rated on Amazon.com and can also be bought through their website. Check both places for prices as one may be lower than the other. You should be able to pick up the Fox station with the right roof antenna and an amplifier. That station has kind of a weak signal.
For the remainder of your content get a high speed internet line and purchase a FireTV box, Roku 3, Apple TV, and/or Chromecast. Roku 3 currently offers the most channel options and FireTV is the fastest box but they all have redeeming features. The boxes are a one time fee and offer services like MLB online that gives you the game your want from the side of the team you want in HD. Basically you can pretty much meet any of your needs between a simple antenna with an amplifier and one or two of those devices. Your monthly fee will likely drop $100 a month and you'll be getting much better services than any cable or satellite providers.
